I recently met William, after a long time. He was my classmate. In fact, he came to seek some advice about your dispute with the leasing agent and tenant. I found that my friend is mostly ignorant about the responsibilities as a tenant. In fact, I thought that all maintenance of the rented house is owned by the leasing agent and maintenance.

I politely asked to read the lease she signed. I asked him to read the contract twice to become familiar with the terms and conditions. I told him in no uncertain terms that as a tenant that has clearly defined responsibilities and the leasing agent and responsibilities in an apartment that is rented.
